Flour Tortillas

Not much to say other than I wanted to have my first experience making Flour Tortillas. I found a great and EASY recipe and then a great and EASY burrito gravy recipe from the lovely Homesick Texan blog. So dinner turned out to be Bean Tortillas, with fixings, gravy and Spanish Rice. This New Yorker got a taste for how Texans eat, and I LOVED it.
